John talks about his Sahaja Yoga early days experiences

John was an asthmatic patient and he wanted to get himself healed. He asked Shree Mataji about it and She let him hold her feet near his heart area. After a while he heard a loud and clear ‘click’ sound – to which Shree Mataji said ‘That’s it’...then she asked him if his parents had any problems or if he had issues with his parents....and John blurted out something that had never ever occurred to him and nor had he discussed it with anyone....the fact that his mother was a Catholic and his father was a Protestant!......domestic conflict was obvious.

Usually lungs, that is around the heart area, gets caught up at the subtle level if a person has issues with his parents. Left heart trouble indicates problems with mother (wife) and right heart problems indicate issues with father (husband).

Another incident he relates is about 2 kids who he could not tolerate at all...he was highly irritated with them..rather hated them! Once during meditation, he felt a sound coming from his heart and then actually felt the same 2 children jump into his heart! Later when he went back, those children came running to him and hugged him...as if they somehow knew that John actually loves them! 

John confesses that he might have tried to forget their mischief or love them at an intellectual level but had failed all the times....but the experience had shaken him ...for he came to know what is it actually....literally to put someone in your heart and love unconditionally!
