Mario’s story on how his stressful & panicking behaviour changed after Sahaja yoga





He used to be so stressful and restless that he had even decided to drop out of college...but something happened! – he got introduced to Sahaja Yoga meditation technique and his life changed ever since!


After he began practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation, his friends found him to have changed a lot...whereas others used to panic before an event...Mario was absolutely cool about everything!
